Lie on the bottom together with your knees bent and heels flat on the bottom, digging to the ground. Squeeze down on your bottom, lifting up your hips until, alongside your knees, shoulders, and hips, you’re during a straight”bridge-like” shape. Hold it for around five seconds before resting and repeating.
